Refund Policy for Noble Transformation Hub (Freedom Design Challenge)

At Noble Transformation Hub, we strive to provide our students with exceptional learning experiences and opportunities for growth. We understand that circumstances may arise where a student may need to request a refund for our Freedom Design Challenge. 

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for eligibility and the process for requesting a refund.

Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the student must meet the following criteria:
a) The student must request a refund within two (2) days of the purchase date.
b) The student must have completed watching all the classes and live sessions of the Freedom Design Challenge give us specific reason we will try to help the student first.
c) The student must have actively participated in the challenge activities and assignments.
d) Student has to pay full payment to get full access of the digital School 
e) Student has to pay full amount to be eligible for refund. 
f) Partial amount is non-refundable because there is admirative cost and digital costs involved other operational costs involved. 

Data Analysis and Decision:
After the completion of the challenge and satisfaction of the eligibility criteria, our internal team will conduct a comprehensive data analysis. This analysis will involve evaluating the student's engagement, participation, and progress throughout the challenge. The final decision regarding the refund will be based on the findings of this analysis.

Refund Request Process:
If a student wishes to request a refund, they must follow the specified process:
a) Submit a written refund request within two (2) days of the purchase date.
b) Provide any necessary supporting documentation or evidence required to validate the refund request.

c) Cooperate with our internal team during the data analysis process by providing consent and any additional information requested.

Refund Decision and Disbursement:
Once the internal team has completed the data analysis and reviewed the refund request, a decision will be made within a reasonable timeframe 15 days.

 The student will be notified of the decision via email. If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be disbursed to the original payment method used by the student.

Terms and Conditions:
a) This refund policy is specific to the Freedom Design Challenge offered by Noble Transformation Hub.
b) The refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of the purchase will apply.

c) Any false or misleading information provided during the refund request process may result in the denial of the refund.

d) The decision made by our internal team regarding the refund request is final and binding.

Please note that this refund policy is applicable solely to the Freedom Design Challenge offered by Noble Transformation Hub. Different courses or programs may have separate refund policies. It is the responsibility of the student to review and understand the refund policy applicable to their specific course or program.
